If something isn’t right, call us on 0800 114 756 as soon as possible with your order number.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal or consumable products may not be returnable. Faulty or damaged products are handled in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps before you send anything back.
